So I have had this chair for three years. People must really not take care of their belongings because my seat is not tearing. The wheel arms are just fine. Finally after three years, one of the casters broke. I am hoping I can get a replacement when I contact support. There is one HORRIBLE aspect of this chair. The fastener for the arm upholstery has a sharp point facing up into the upholstery. It wears a hole in the padding and then through the armrest material. So far I don't have any major tears, but like I said, I actually take care of what I buy. But, the points are very sharp and hurt if you put your arm and pressure in the wrong place.Got the chair today and put it together. Package came undamaged and all parts were there. Assembly wasn't too difficult to do by myself. Took about 20 min. It is very comfortable and soft. While it doesn't come with the lumbar pillow, it does have lumbar support which works great for me. This is an early review of the item, but as far as I can tell it is a great chair. I am a fairly large guy at 6'2" / 240lbs and it fits me well with a little room to spare (good inch on each sides of my legs). All functionality is working properly and smoothly without any issues. I will come back after a few months and leave an update if there are any major changes in how I feel about the chair. This is not a bad chair, but it is "Just" a chair. I spent a lot of time reading the reviews before deciding on this chair and I do not regret buying it but I think I could have done better. In it's price range it is good, but if you can afford to go about one hundred dollars higher, then do it. It doesn't lean back very far but it DOES lean back some. If you are a "Leaner" like I am this is not the best chair. If you spend your time sitting straight up then it is a good chair. Padding isn't very comfortable for long periods so get a good cushion. It is sturdy and looks great.1. Chair is comfortable, but it felt like a 2 person job for building this chair, since how hard it was to put together. 2. This chair supplies about 90% plastic structure for the whole thing and cheap screws, plus only one set of screws, so if you mess up, there is not another screw to help you. 3.the cost of chair comparison to the value of the whole product is way too much, the chairs makeup is basically a $80-$120 made chair, but sold between $180-$200. 4. the screw socket size same with the hand wrench that came with is not a normal metric size, which my combination wrench didn't have a socket for these screws. 5. there is no instructions. When I put this chair together I found that mine had random cut wholes in the leather, and everytime I tried to screw a screw into the socket holes on the back of the chair, if one screw was screwed in, then the other wouldn't be able to go in straight, which stripped the beginning of each screw I tried to put in it, which sucked because now I have a messed up screw that won't go in all the way and there is no replacement screw that I can buy to replace it since it's not in a standard metric size.Bought this chair for my roommate and he likes it, only problem is that the back does not recline, can't really call this a problem but it's an essential feature in my opinion, it could've gotten a 5 stars rating from me if it had that feature. One of the far more comfortable chairs I've owned and I've been sitting at computers for 20+ years. I've really fallen in love with this chair. I purchased the red version and it came in only a day. Took me about 20 minutes to get the thing together, some of the parts can be a bit tricky but once it's fully built you will never want to get up from your PC. Great for long gaming sessions, college home work or just surfing the net.a good chair. pretty easy to assemble. it looks like a fancy office chair for a desk. it is comfortable. i did not know they make others with speakers. my son told me a gaming chair has speakers, that would be my fault and only negative. hope it hold up and does not ripSuper comfy. Looks great. Nowhere for the sweat to escape, so you might want to get up every so often within a gaming session to let your boys breathe a little.Chair is great but one of the handles didn't fit properly, just managed to fix it with a bit of brute forceRubbish instructions for assembly...Premetto che è la prima sedia ergonomica / da gaming che acquisto, ma mi ritengo ultra soddisfatto. Consigliata!
