Decent quality chair for the price, I was able to assemble it in less than 20 minutes with no issue. Casters roll smoothly, the seat is firm but we'll see how it holds up long-term. The chair fits my 5'7" frame very well with a couple of inches of room between me and the handles on each side. The seat back comes up to the base of my neck, a taller person might find this uncomfortable as there will be no support for the head when leaning back. Arms are comfortable and well padded and flip up fairly easily although not everything aligned up perfectly so one arm is tighter trying to flip up. With the seat at its highest setting my feet are approximately an inch off the ground. I would buy this chair again but it's for casual use, if this will get long term daily use I'm not sure the padding will hold up.
