Product Features

【Upgraded Hot Swappable Mechanical Keyboard】Last year AKKO released its first acrylic mechanical board, Sakura Jelly, which has been gaining continuous positive feedback from the community while some of you suggested a hotswap version, so AKKO designed ACR61, a hotswappable keyboard still in the same acrylic form, to best show off the dazzling RGB backlight. The hotswap feature enables free replacement of 3 pin or 5 pin switches. We make it happen because of the real feedback from the community

【Newly Released Custom AKKO CS Jelly Switch】More than being hotswappable, ACR61 also adopts well-made AKKO custom CS jelly switches. AKKO CS series is proved to be long-lasting, stable and functional by the community. Available in a few different types of customized switches, you are able to choose any type to best fit your need

【Acrylic Translucent Base Frame&Extra ASA PBT Keycaps Set Included】This model comes with a translucent case made with high-quality acrylic material. This form factor could be a good presence for RGB keyboard, lights could shine through the case but not too dazzling since the case is with a well matted texture. Extra set of ASA profile PBT keycaps are included as a gift, you have more choices of make your own tone of a pink keyboard

【AKKO Macro V1.0 Programmable Chip】This keyboard is equipped with AKKO programmable chip. It supports full keys macro programming system and software update. You can continuously correct and add new functions to it

【Doll of the Princess Themes with a Coiled Type C Cable】As a brand renowned for its extraordinary management of colors, AKKO ACR61 continues to push doll of the princess to the market. The keyboard is also equipped with a coiled cable with the similar color. Get your desk to be decorated by the eye-catching color!

This might be a long review. In short, I modified this keyboard and I love it. Great value because of the full keycap set and relatively solid coiled cable that doesn't look like a telephone cable. Nice RGB.Now, for the long version. Lets start with looks. Really, it looks fantastic. With everything stock, the whole thing glows, and I love it. The cable is competent for sure, and the keycaps look gorgeous. I love the font, and ASA profile just looks... good. The build feels solid, though light weight, as expected. Its an all acrylic keyboard, including the plate. This helps the sound profile but again, makes it light. Some people really care about that. I havent tried to flex it or anything (in terms of the whole keyboard, not typing flex), but it really does feel sturdy enough. Now, the typing experience. Honestly, the jelly whites, though only being around 35g in weight, feel really nice to type on because of the unique spring and the ASA keycaps. They are on the high pitched side, but did sound nice in this board. Solid sound stock, BESIDES...TERRIBLE STABILIZERS. Had to isolate this from the rest. I have many keyboards, and these are the worst stabilizers I have ever heard, used, and tuned. I got them to sound decent enough, but MAN was it a pain. They fit so loosely in the plate that a lot of the rattle comes from the entire stabilizer housings moving. Then there is the regular rattle of bad stabilizers on top of that. To get them to sound good, first of all I clipped and lubed them as usual. But then I had to use multiple little pieces of masking tape to make them fit securely in the plate. Only then did they sound good. But that took 2 and a half hours. Just for stabilizers. Buying better plate mount stabs is an absolute requirement for this board, unless you really can stand getting the stock ones to sound decent. But its not worth the headache in my opinion.Overall though, I love this board. It sounds fantastic once I lightly modified it and changed the switches. I fixed the stabilizers, applied 1 layer of masking tape to the bottom of the pcb (without blocking the underglow LEDs), and now I changed the keycaps to use the ASA caps on another board. I love how stacked acrylic sounds. I used AE Boards Naevy switches (r1.5) and they are a long pole tactile, yet somehow sound pretty mellow. They pair perfectly with this keyboard acoustically. If you like Akko stuff, then I would say this is a solid value. Do keep in mind that this is not an ACR Pro board, so it is tray mount, not gasket mount. There is suppose to be a backing to put on the back to prop your keyboard up or in a angled position but mine does not stick. I really like this keyboard though.I purchased the ACR61 Prunus Lannesiana with CS Jelly Pink Switches and i really do love the keyboard. It's so cute and has a soft click to it so it's not as loud as other mechanical keyboards. Perfect for the office. I love the compact size of it if i need to take my computer home so it's easy to throw in my bag. My issue with the board is that I noticed the "X" key is unresponsive sometimes. After a long period of no use, the response of the "X" key gets a little spotty. If you click it multiple times it will go back to normal but definitely something worth noting. I don't mash my keys but the work I do will often result in copying and pasting from time to time so it's something that can be a slight nusance when it does happen. If the issue gets worse I will definitely consider purchasing a different board but I'll hang onto this one for now.I like that I can alter the colors and pattern of lights but I wish I could reconfigure the system commands and keys on the board. I only have very basic options on my Mac to help me with the command option. This keyboard also does not come with a driver so there's no way for me to see if I can troubleshoot any of the issues I'm facing.Other than that it's a great board and I look forward to using it every time I come into the office. I'm happy with my purchase for a first-time mechanical keyboard but will definitely upgrade to something more reliable in the future.looks exactly like picturegreat quality and soundnot rattle soundsmoothcute leds and different styles of lightsmatches my set up!ridiculously customisable and cuteswitched to this after having issues with my razer huntsman elite keyboard that took me on an unexpected journey of keyboards and self realisation;i read up on what the different switches are and what kind of experience i desired, helping me to put what my heart longed for into words. i wanted a cute pink silent gaming keyboard that can light up cute colours. with this knowledge, i returned to my search through razer/corsair/asus branded keyboards but found nothing that cried out to my soul.it is then that i discovered keyboards from brands id never heard of, though they offered more than i could comprehend and thus spent a solid week just absorbing the images of different keycaps, keyboard themes, even crossovers.the only "downside" to this is getting used to the US layout after using UK - which even then isnt an actual issue with the keyboardI’ve never had a mechanical keyboard before so can’t say much on comparisons but this keyboard is absolutely gorgeous! Watched a few YouTube reviews before purchasing and they don’t lie, there’s lots of LED settings and the lights shine through the pudding keycaps really well. Typing is not too loud and has a really nice feel to it. And to top it all off the colour is absolutely perfect for a pink gaming setup. What I would say, however is the acrylic casing is a little rough on the front so I would recommend using an ergonomic gel wrist wrest for long periods of typing or gaming. It's a small, really petty thing, the case is stacked acrylic and the stacks don't line up perfectly, I also find the keycaps and unlubed yellow switches can sound quite loud on the bottom out (the PCB is soldered so you will have to desolder to resolve) and hollow. The case comes with no advice on how to change the light options but there is advice (I recommend the Reddit thread)The board is sturdy and doesn't bend and is super pretty, I just have a few small pet pevesI bought this keyboard with my birthday money, yet when i got it the A key barely works, the delay is MASSIVE.she is yassified! I love her so much, the switches are soft enough for my delicate hands and don't make too much noise. the led settings are cute and the pink tax isn't too high!!!
